Open House Nights Return to SMCS on October 15 and 20

St. Michael’s College School (SMCS) will welcome prospective students and their families to campus for two Open House evenings this month.

The events take place on Thursday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. The programme is the same both nights, so families can pick the date that suits them best.

Open Houses are a great opportunity for prospective students and their families to see SMCS in person. Visitors can tour the school, meet teachers and coaches, and talk with current students. Guests will learn about the SMCS Basilian model of Catholic education, diverse co-curricular and service-oriented opportunities, the admission process, and the school’s generous financial assistance programme.

“Families can read about us online, but it’s different when you’re in the building and talking to the people who teach and mentor our students,” says David Fischer, Director of Admissions. “The evening is about more than gathering information. We want the boys and their parents to leave with a sense of the passion and enthusiasm our students and staff have for our community. I’d encourage anyone who is curious to register and come out.”

Current SMCS families who know a friend or neighbour considering a school for their son are encouraged to pass along the invitation.
