New Offerings Heat Up SMCS Spring and Summer Camps

As the temperature drops and the St. Michael’s College School (SMCS) community jumps into the new year, it is the perfect time to start planning for those warmer summer months ahead.

Now in its 10th year, SMCS Camps offer exceptional academics, athletics, and arts programming to boys and girls ages nine and up, all led by certified teachers who ensure that your child is supported and challenged from the moment they step foot onto campus.

SMCS has recently unveiled a host of fresh offerings available in the 2024 Spring and Summer Camps.

SMCS Camps 2024 | Strength and Conditioning Programme

Regular staples that will return in summer 2024 include our virtual General Learning Skills, Advanced and Pre-AP Math Camps, and in-person Drumline, Basketball, Football, Hockey, and Strength and Conditioning that will be run across different weeks throughout the summer.

Back this year are lacrosse and volleyball camps – two athletic camps that haven’t been part of the programme since before the pandemic.

The Lacrosse Strength and Skill Development camp will feature a brand-new format designed for student-athletes who have played for at least one season. The programme will run for six weeks for approximately 1.5 hours every Monday and Wednesday (12 sessions total).

Ahead of the summer months, SMCS Camps is once again offering a Spring Strength and Conditioning programme for high-performance student-athletes. Sessions take place after school from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, beginning April 2 and continuing until May 30. Participants have the option to sign up for as many as nine weeks or as few as two weeks of training.
